Terms of Service
Refunds:
We accept refunds of all items bought online. Please contact us to let us know you would like to return the item. You have 30 days after receiving the parcel to let us know you will be returning items. You will then have another 14 days to return the item to us.
For items that arrive broken, we will send a replacement parcel at our expense. Please contact us on incomparableinc(at)msn(dot)com.
Should we refund you for parcels that have gone astray and the original parcel subsequently arrives, please contact us to process payment again, or if you no longer wish to keep the buttons, please return them to us by post and let us know you have done so.
